COHERENCE is a 3-day immersive retreat set along the creek in Sedona, designed to help you slow down, reconnect and return to a more intentional way of living. Limited to a small group of just 10 guests, the experience is intentionally intimate, allowing for depth, presence and meaningful connection.
Over the course of the weekend, you’ll be guided through a thoughtful blend of yoga, meditation, breathwork and sound. These practices are balanced with unstructured time to rest, reflect, and spend time in nature, creating space engage in and integrate the work.
Each day follows a natural rhythm. Mornings begin with grounding practices to steady attention and bring awareness into the body. Midday offers space for rest, time by the creek, or quiet reflection. Afternoons and evenings deepen into embodiment work, breathwork, and immersive sound experiences designed to support emotional release clarity, and a shift in perspective.
This retreat is for those who feel the need to step out of their current pace, move beyond patterns that no longer serve them, and reconnect with something more steady and aligned.
